Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days after shipment

Most orders arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on most orders
Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or heavy items (clearly shown at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order using the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

ChillHeaven is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs or courier issues. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging
A proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 business days (excluding original shipping costs).

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped
After shipment, cancellations must follow the return process
